Absent Minded.....

People do some of the most unbelievable things...
The number of absent minded people or number of absent minded things even non absent minded people do is much higher that you might expect...
Couple of friends told me the following stories in span of 24 hrs:

1. Two friends travelled on a bike to a railway station. The guy who was riding had to catch a train. The moment they reached the station this guy ran to catch a train while the other friend took the bike back home. The guy who took the train, calls the first one after 3 hours saying, "Hey I took the helmet along with me!" He was sitting in the train for 3 hours wearing the helmet!!!
The other friend had not realized that he rode the bike without the helmet on his return journey either!

2. Absent mindedness is profound in programmers. Have heard about a guy (very successful today) who came to work on his bike and started coding wearing his helmet :O

3. A friend of mine was talking to someone on a cell phone. He asked her when she was leaving. She replied,"I am leaving, I am leaving.. I just cant find my phone..As soon as I find it I am out of here..." The guy replies,"Are you not talking on it right now!" :P

4. Two friends were travelling in a cab. The girl would always enter the cab first and then the guy followed. One such time when they had to take a cab, the girl said, "This time you enter first". The guy asked what difference would that make, to which the girl replied, "I want the window seat this time.." :O With only 2 people in a cab, wont both get the window seat :P
